Alvirne High School Friends of Music  2013 Craft Fair

Date: Saturday October 26, 2013

Time: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Fee:  $30.00 for an 8X8 space with chairs.  $40.00 for a 10 X10 space with chairs. You can bring your own table. If you need a table with your space it is an additional

$15.00. Tables are rented.

General Information:

1.   Doors will open at 7:00 AM on Saturday for set up.

2.   All crafters are asked to remain set up until 3:00 PM.

3.   Tables should be covered on top and three sides.

4.   Neither Friends of Music nor Alvirne High School is responsible for lost

or stolen items during the Fair.

5.   Electrical outlets are available on a very limited basis. Return your

application ASAP if you require electricity. You will need to provide your own extension cords.

6.   There will be a $30.00 charge for checks with insufficient funds.

7.   There is no admission fee to the public.

8.   No smoking or alcohol in school or school premises.

9.   Free Wi-Fi available at Cafeteria only.

Applications: please enclose a SASE (self addressed stamped envelope) with your application and check. You will receive your table assignments as soon as you send your contract.  Crafters have a choice of location on a first come first serve basis.

Raffle table: We invite you to donate a small item to our raffle table. Items will be clearly marked with your name and table number. Participation is optional.
