THINK DISNEY!!!
Want to get a head start on fundraising for the
upcoming DISNEY trip? Can you spare a few hours to help raise money
for your Alvirne music student’s trip scholarship fund? On Saturday, July 13th and Sunday,
September 21st, FOM will be part of the cleaning crew at NH Motor
Speedway (NHIS) in Loudon, NH. We have participated in this fund raiser before
and we’ve been very successful, but this year’s success is up to you! We’ve committed 60 people to the July and
September events. In exchange for our
help, NHMS will donate $7.00 per person to FOM.
For every 20 people that we bring, we also collect an additional
$250. Plus, there is a bonus of
$5/person for bringing the number of people that we commit to bringing. Everyone
who work will have 80% of the money go into their trip scholarship account and
the remaining 20% will go into the FOM general fund. Due to child labor laws, no one under 14
years old may participate). Parents,
neighbors and friends are invited to help as well as exiting Seniors and
incoming Freshmen – your student gets the credit if you come!

participate. Provide your name,
email address, phone number and the number of participants for each event.
We will plan to meet at
Alvirne HS at 2:30 PM and carpool up to Concord for each event. Specific details will be provided to those
who sign up – if you know someone who participated previously, please talk to
them as well or contact Vicki Brown if you have any questions. Bottom
line – sign up NOW or miss out on this great way to build up your account and
the Alvirne FOM general fund. Remember,
you will get credit for everyone who participates with you, so, for
example, if you and two others
participate in both events, you could earn approximately $200 toward the DISNEY
trip this coming school year!
We will be limited to the
numbers stated above, therefore, signups are first come, first serve. Please understand that should you signup for
a specific number of participants, you are responsible for that number of people. That means finding someone to fill the
slot(s) should you not be able to meet your commitment.
We hope that you will decide
