School Daze September 24, 2012 ) Instrumental News

Those Autumn Leaves.... can you believe it, the Fall season has arrived. With the Fall season the annual Holiday Pie Fundraiser is complete! Yes, Holiday Pie fundraiser forms should have been given to me by Thursday September 20 - I did take a few stragglers on Friday but that should be it. Today, also marked the Speedway clean up for those who participated. This Wednesday evening the band will be focusing on details of the marching show.  We need to fix those diagonals and make certain that D I S C O is well scripted for everyone to see. There have been some changes with the formations, hopefully everyone has written them in their dot books.
Edline reports went out on Friday. Everyone is doing exceptional in all competencies - bravo!

Just a friendly reminder that practice logs are due tomorrow as well as ensemble critiques for the AHS v. Souhegan game. I have started to read and write my own comments on the ensemble critiques from the Londonderry game. Hopefully, I will be returning many of them by the end of this week.
The band and colorguard's next 2 performances are October 5 (AHS v.Conval) and the Salem Band Show on October 6. Below is the information that was mailed out this past Friday (9/21).

I may use the Salem Band Show rehearsal time (much to my chagrin) but we need to get the "official" band photo done so come back to the AHSMUSIC. org website for more up to date details.

Looking forward to another great week! Hey, Jazz Band members you have an assignment due on Wednesday 9/26 make certain you check your Edline.
