Disney Magical Music Days Intinerary - Details

A place where fantasy castles of days gone by, and visions of days yet to come, decorate a make-believe "world" where dreams come true. Alvirne High School will be taking center stage for a moment in time and entertaining people from around the globe.

Thursday, April 22
7:00 PM - Truck will be loaded with all instruments and uniforms after practice

Saturday, April 24
5:00-7:00 PM - Check in at Alvirne with luggage

Sunday, April 25 

3:30 AM - Group A meets at Alvirne, departure by 4:00 AM
5:00 AM - Group B meets at Alvirne, departure by 5:30 AM
JetBlue flights 961 and 431 direct to Orlando
Chorus free time in parks - optional for others
4:30 PM - All band students must be at hotel
5:00 PM - Band departs hotel for clinic
6:00-9:00 PM  - "You're Instrumental" band clinic
8:30 PM - Chorus/chaperones must be at hotel
9:00 PM - Everybody else picked up at hotel for dinner
9:30 PM - Dinner at Golden Corral Buffet
12:00 AM - Lights out!

Monday, April 26

7:30 AM - Wake up
8:00 AM - Breakfast at All Star Music Food Court
Free Day in Disney Parks
8:00 PM - Meet at Italy Isola plaza in Epcot for dinner and Illuminations (requires wrist band)
 9:30 PM - Leave Epcot for hotel (Disney transportation)
12:00 AM - Lights out

Tuesday, April 27

7:30 AM - Wake up
7:30 AM - Breakfast at All Star Music Food Court

8:30 AM - Depart for Universal Studios
11:30 AM Jazz Band meet at City Walk Stage
12:30 PM - Jazz performance at City Walk
5:45 PM - Meet in front of Hard Rock
6:00 PM - Dinner at Hard Rock Cafe
12:00 AM - Lights out!

Wednesday, April 28

6:30 AM - Wake up
7:00 AM - Breakfast at All Star Music Food Court
8:00 AM - Marching Band practice at hotel
Optional free time in parks for other than chorus
11:00 AM - Chorus departs for performance
12:30 PM - Chorus performance - Downtown Disney
9:00 PM - Cirque du Soleil
11:30 PM - Return to hotel (our buses)
12:00 AM - Light out!

Thursday, April 29

7:00 AM - Wake up
7:30 AM - Breakfast at All Star Music Food Court
8:15 AM - CHorus departs hotel for clinic
9:00 AM-12:00PM - Disney Sings" chorus clinic
Free time in parks
12:45 PM - Band meets at Pirates of the Carribean for parade
~2:30 PM - A Dream Come True pre-parade in Magic Kingdom
Free time until park closing
12:00 - Lights out!

Friday, April 30

7:00 AM - Wake up
8:00 AM - Breakfast at All Star Music Food Court
Group "A" checks in luggage at All Star Resort
Group "B" checks in if time permits
10:20 AM - Depart All Star Resort
11:30 AM - Medieval Times for lunch and show
2:00 PM - Bowling
5:00 PM - Arrive at airport
"A" eats at food court, then heads to gate
"B" checks in, then eats, then goes to gate
Jet Blue flights 962 and 438 direct to Boston
~12:00 - Group "A" ariives back at Alvirne
~1:30 AM - Group "B" arrives at Alvirne
