Craft Fair

Date: Saturday, October 16, 2010 (Yes, it’s earlier this year!)
Time: 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Location: Alvirne High School

Fees:

• 8 x 8 space with chairs, no table $40.00
• 10 x 10 space with chairs, no table $45.00
• 8 x 8 space with chairs, with table $52.00
• 10 x 10 space with chairs, with table $57.00

 General Information:

1. Doors will open at 7:00 a.m. Saturday for set-up.
2. All crafters are asked to remain set up until 3:00 p.m.
3. Tables should be covered on the top and three sides.
4. Neither Friends of Music nor Alvirne High School is responsible for lost or stolen items during the fair.
5. Electrical outlets are available on a very limited basis. You will need to provide your own extension cords.
6. There will be a charge of $30.00 for checks with insufficient funds.
7. There is no admission fee to the public.

Applications: Please enclosed a SASE (self-addressed, stamped envelope) with you application and check. You will receive your table assignment soon after you send in your application. Crafters have a choice of location on a first-come, first-served basis.

Raffle table: We invite you to donate a small item to our raffle table. Items will be clearly marked with your name and table number. Participation is optional.
