The Friends of Music Executive Board would like to thank the members who came to Thursday’s General Membership meeting. Quite a bit of Information was presented regarding the inefficiencies of our current music facility as an adequate learning environment at Alvirne High School. A presentation was given by the FDF Committee (Friends for a Decent Facility).
FDF is made up of parents of current or past students of the Alvirne Music Program, and/or members who are passionate about the Arts. If you would like to become a member please contact FOM at ahs.music.pr@gmail.com.
We would also like to thank our past FOM presidents in attendance: Mr. Doug Robinson, Mr. Chris Landry and Ms. Debbie Hanks. And we acknowledge that had our friend and Past President, the Late Bob Hedrick been with us, he would have been sitting front and center with a full “five fingers” held high.
