June 14 Alvirne High School Graduation (revised)

Dear Band Students and Parents,

This is the band class FINAL graded performance event.  Band students who do not attend the graduation ceremony performance will need to come to school on June 18 for the Period J final exam time.

The graduation ceremony is Thursday June 14, 2012 @ 7:00 p.m. 

 Roll call for students will be at 4:45 p.m. with the buses and equipment truck leaving no later than 5:10 p.m.

Our ETA from the graduation is 9:30 p.m.-9:45 p.m. (depending on the traffic getting out of the Verizon)

Concert Attire:
Ladies: white blouse, knee length  black skirt or pants, dress shoes.
Men: white shirt, Tie and black pants with dress shoes. 


If your child is leaving with you from the Verizon, because their sibling is graduating or for any other reason please email or call so that dismissal can be noted on the bus attendance roster.

On June 20, 2012 from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. there will be a “read through” of next year’s marching show.
